Hello! I’m Katelyn Parsons. If you’re ready to feel more comfortable in your skin, I'm here to help.

First, I want you to know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Because I certainly never saw it when I was crying in my closet or on the bathroom floor.

I began my career in fashion, before burning out and pursuing several job changes- all while battling a decade-long battle with bulimia and binge eating.  

The vicious cycle around my restrict/binge patterns took up a large majority of my life until I finally decided that enough was enough. I was hiding snacks at my desk, secretly eating from lunch into the evening. I’d even sneak food in my purse and binge on walks.

I felt like an addict: completely disconnected from friends, my family, and myself.

I was terrified of what my path would lead to if I didn’t make a change.

Back then, I was deeply triggered by the concept of Intuitive Eating (even as a full-time Health Coach!). Deep down I knew that this wasn’t just about letting go of dieting — there was some serious emotional work that needed to be done in order to make a permanent change.

It felt like a long road at first, but ultimately a personal journey that I now consider myself lucky to be on for life. I’m forever grateful for the support that I’ve received along the way that has helped rebuild my relationship with food, my body, and myself.

When I began my formal coaching education, after years of personal development, I knew that I was on the path to finding my purpose.

Since completing multiple certifications , I’ve opened my own coaching practice and work with high-achieving women all around the country who are fed up with feeling stuck in the binge eating cycle or controlled by negative food and body image patterns. I support them every step of the way to creating a peaceful, empowered relationship with food & their body.

It’s hard to put into words how much I love the work that I do. And I still can’t believe that my personal journey led me here…it’s wild how life always has a way of coming full circle when you connect the dots.

Beyond coaching, I’m a big fan of spontaneous road trips with my hubby, getting lost in fiction novels, and cozy dinner parties with close friends. If you’re ready to see how I can’t encourage you enough, reach out. I’ve got you.
