This is a part of my food + body journey I’ve wanted to express for a while...It took a lot of getting out of my own way- releasing the shame & discomfort holding me back to be able to finally share.

I actually remember earlier this year calling my sister on the beach crying because I KNEW in my heart it was time to share but I was terrified. She listened & said “a lot of women probably wish that they could come out about this- be brave & go for it” (thanks sister).
