I was in a rut of self-loathing and nighttime binging.

I craved a lifestyle change but with every attempt, it never really ‘stuck.’ and was concerned about my long-term health and the habits I was creating for myself.

Katelyn was SO THERE for me in our coaching! I loved our check-ins on action items throughout the week. Knowing that I could reach out with any questions along the way was priceless. 

Katelyn is an absolute motivational inspiration! I loved how she could always find a way to relate when I was struggling and never made me feel ‘less than’ for it.

I was always encouraged to strive for ‘progress, not perfection.’ It might be a cliche saying, but I felt like she really helped me live into it. 

Since working with Katelyn I’m much more mindful about the food I'm putting into my body. I’m less hard on myself overall and have significantly shifted into an abundance mindset with food! 

At this point, I’m still a work in progress (not perfection), but I have so many tools in my toolkit which have given me a foundation on which to keep growing!

I plan on continuing to apply the tools I’ve gained and know I’ll save myself money, time, and energy with everything that I have learned.

I can't imagine my life without this coaching.
