One of the biggest challenges that I hear is wanting to FEEL healthy without constantly obsessing or overthinking everything that you eat. Feel relatable already??
My client Kristi is such a great example of this.
When we started working together, she probably knew more than I did about healthy eating...

And she moves her body most days without feeling added pressure- exercise is no longer tied to a number.
