2 Clients Who Healed Their Food Anxiety And How You Can Too

My client Rebecca was throwing a surprise party for her boyfriend- something that would typically send her spiraling into anxiety...feeling all eyes on her, overthinking what to wear, drinking, eating at the party OR what she was even more used to- not eating at all and binging afterward. 

But she sent me a little message before the weekend saying "Katelyn...this is so weird- I'm not freaking out at ALL. I'm just excited! Is this what food freedom feels like??". 

YES IT IS. 

We went back and forth celebrating (before and after the party because she felt so good)

Another client let me know that for once in a REALLY long time she went to a restaurant, ordered her favorite food in the entire world- Pizza- and left without feeling any guilt, stress, or uncomfortably stuffed from overeating.

She told me that she was finally able to eat until she was satisfied, instead of polishing off the entire pie and save the rest for a later meal.
