A peek into what we talk about:

  • Nicole’spersonal body image journey.

  • Growing up as a competitive dancer- facing competition, comparison & standing up for herself.

  • Transitioning into a career in culinary.

  • Launching her YouTube channel- the power in focusing on your next step & the importance of investing in yourself to grow.

  • Plus all of the work that did together around emotional eating and what her relationship with food is like today.

It’s a great story. We laugh, we cry (seriously)- if you need a break from everything going on this week, pop in your earbuds & listen in.
